1 pack Grillies Halloumi
1 pack Spicy Grillies Halloumi
Vegetable oil to fry
Method
1. Cut the cheese in sticks, resembling large fries.
2.Fill the frying pan to about an inch depth with the vegetable oil.
3.Heat the oil and fry the cheese sticks in batches for 2-3 minutes.
Place on paper towel to absorb any excess oil, season to taste and serve.
Grillies Cheese waffles
Our original Grilling Cheese makes an amazing one-ingredient waffle—it emerges from the waffle maker with a crispy golden crust and cheesy, gooey center.
2 packs Original Grilling Cheese.
Thick cut bacon
Maple syrup to garnish
Method
1.Cut cheese in 4 quarters. Place each piece standing straight up and slice down the middle.
2.Preheat your waffle maker. Place cheese on the hot plates. Secure and cook for 6-8 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, fry bacon in a non-stick pan until crispy.
4.Place bacon on top of cheese waffle, drizzle with maple syrup and serve.

2 packs Grillies Halloumi
6 tablespoons all purpose flour
Vegetable oil for frying
3/4 cup Brandy or Ouzo
Method
1.Cut cheese in ½ inch slices.
2.Place flour on a plate. Wet cheese with some water and dip slices in flour to coat.
3..Fill the frying pan to about an inch depth with the vegetable oil.
4.Heat oil and fry cheese slices in batches of 4 for 2-3 minutes. Place the fried slices on paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
5.Place cheese slices in a deep, heat proof dish. Pour the alcohol around the cheese in the dish. Using extreme caution, light up the alcohol to set fire to the cheese. Once the alcohol burns off, squeeze lemon onto the cheese and serve immediately.
